Boyaa Interactive (00434) announced it invested 100 Bitcoins in MTT ESports and obtained 25% of the equity.

According to the announcement, based on the market price of Bitcoin on the day immediately before the announcement, the total value is equivalent to approximately US$5.81925 million.

After the investment is completed, the company will obtain 25% of the equity of MTT ESports. MTT ESports will not become a subsidiary of the company as a result of the investment, and its financial results will not be consolidated into the group’s financial statements.

The MTT Sports game platform is an Esports application that supports both PC and mobile terminals. It has been launched on the market in 2024 with the goal of creating a top international competitive event brand. The MTT Sports gaming platform allows game users to enjoy the event experience without investing money by providing free entries.
