Synopsis:
A love story between an older woman and a younger man follows Yang Wujin, a writer with a poisonous tongue and Ding Zhonghao, a charismatic man with face of an angel and an ulterior motive.
Ding Zhonghao (Jiang Jinfu) accepts the conditions of Qi Liu Hai’er (Jiang Yan) offer to approach novelist Yang Wujin (Li Xiaolu). Meanwhile, Yang Wujin has her own set of problems. She has not had the chance to reconnect with her mother who appeared out of nowhere, yet starts a new challenge as she begins working at a magazine publishing company.
To her surprise, she runs into Wang Yijun (Pang Hanchen), her boyfriend in college who has become an illustrator, and Jiang Kaner (Cao Bingkun), her ex and former teacher who is now the editor-in-chief of the magazine. Although embarrassed at first at the thought of having to reunite with her old lovers, Ding Zhonghao swoops in as her knight in shining armor, thus starting a game of love.
