These five warehouses have been converted into stores using the name HAKODATE FACTORY. There are souvenir shops, restaurants, breweries, desserts, glassware and music boxes, and more. Many within the same area. There are also old post offices in Meiji. Built in 1911, the building was used as a post office for the city until 1962.
