Kushi-Katsu

Kushi-katsu means grilled meat skewers that come with a variety of condiments. You can see a lot of Japanese people enjoying a party or a nomikai with unlimited Kushikatsu. Which is a food that goes well with alcohol Kushikatsu uses different flours of tempura, but uses thin breadcrumbs and skewered meats such as beef, pork, duck meat and ground chicken, as well as vegetables, mushrooms, mochi, cheese and quail eggs. Kushikatsu is dipped in a mellow brown sweet sauce similar to Tonkatsu sauce.

This menu also has rules for eating. The dipping sauce must be dipped in cans which are then placed on the table. And the important rule is To dip only once Do not dip again after eating.
