Synopsis:

Shen Qing Tang, whose family was destroyed when she was young, was taken in by Pei Cong Zhi, the eldest son of the Chengping Marquis’ family, and became a foster daughter in the Pei household, living as his nominal sister. Over the years, she endured unfair treatment and oppression within the Pei family.

The only person who could be called her protective brother, Pei Cong Zhi, is also a dangerous figure, leaving her uncertain of how to navigate him. With the constant pressure from the Pei household wearing her down, Shen Qing Tang decides to break free, leaving Pei Cong Zhi behind, and escaping from a life full of peril and uncertainty.
