Synopsis:

It tells the story of Penguin Oswald “Ozzy” Cobblepot as he rises through the ranks of Gotham City’s underworld. After the seawall blows up and Gotham City is in danger, Oz tries to fill the power vacuum left by Carmine Falcone’s death so that his mother can live the life she always promised.
