The theatrical animation “Ten Count” will be released in 2023
The theatrical animation “Ten Count” 「テンカウント」 will be released in 2023, Shinnosuke Tachibana & Tomoaki Maeno will continue from the drama CD.
The theatrical animation “Ten Count” based on Rihito Takarai will be released in 2023. A teaser visual and cast have been announced.
“Ten Count” is a BL work depicting the relationship between Shirotani, the president’s secretary who is obsessed with germs, and Kurose, an unfriendly counselor. It was serialized in BL magazine Dia Plus (Shinshokan) from 2013 to 2017, and a total of 6 volumes were published.
The cast is the same as the drama CD version, with Shinnosuke Tachibana playing the role of Shirotani and Tomoaki Maeno playing the role of Kurose . The animation production is East Fish Studio x SynergySP, and the director is Kusa Toyama. At the same time, comments from the cast and staff have arrived, and Takarai said about the theatrical animation, “I am deeply moved by the fact that I am allowed to comment on the animation, and I am very happy that we have reached another milestone.”

This feeling of blockage, this shortness of breath, these days. Not just the corona misfortune, but an era of diversity. Even though I was shouted here and there, I couldn’t get freedom at all. The coercion of sociality modeled on the conformity consciousness of the majority standard. The mask you wear as a cramped everyday wear will eventually become a part of your heart, and by acknowledging rather than seeking liberation, you will be able to keep a good distance from others and strengthen your loneliness. In this day and age, the attempt to project Takarai’s intelligent and stimulating works onto the screen is more than daring. The place where the two main characters are placed is linked to us living in the present. Two people who could be right next to each other (or themselves).
How will the story of their encounter counsel us?
It’s too great (and beautiful) for me, who is ordinary and mediocre, to take on the challenge, but I ‘m aiming for a video work that will make you want to go see them again with a smile when you leave the movie theater.
