Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine is one of the three sacred Kumano Shrines. And has been one of the pilgrimage routes of the Japanese since ancient times. Located not far from the hot springs. The highlight is the red Samjunoto Pagoda, which stands in front of Nachi Falls. (Nachi-no-Otaki) with a height of 133 meters, is the highest waterfall in Japan.
