
The Singapore Sling is a cocktail invented by Ngeon Tongbun. A bartender who works at Long Bar in the Raffles Hotel Singapore before 1915.
Ingredients
- Chinese liquor (Gin) 3/4
- 1/2 ozs cherry nectar
- 1/2 oz pomegranate juice
- 1 oz sweet lemon juice
- Soda
Method
- Put ice in the set cylinder.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl, set to combine.
- Pour into a glass and float away with baking soda.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon. Complete with cherries
