Wise Woman (2023) 进阶的主母 Episode 1 Recap & Review
Episode 1 Xue Waner was brought to the capital
As a concubine, Xue Waner has always wanted to pursue a free marriage, but her family considers it a shameful act. Xue Waner saw that the tribesmen and elders were always blaming her. Xue Waner always felt that the unmarried man and the unmarried woman were not guilty of adultery as they said, so they wanted to beat her to death with sticks. Xue Lingyi came back, and everyone hurried to greet him.
Xue Waner took advantage of the clan members to untie the ropes and tried to escape, and also took the opportunity to burn down the ancestral temple. The tribesmen surrounded Xue Lingyi and quietly took Xue Lingyi to a room and secretly told Xue Lingyi that they had found the secret recipe for giving birth to a child. Xue Waner was hiding under the bed in this room and heard their plot clearly. Patriarch Xue was very proud to tell Xue Lingyi that this secret recipe was one that the whole family had been searching for for many years, and he wanted Xue Lingyi to establish himself in Rong Mansion.
After these people left, Xue Lingyi felt that they were stupid and stupid. She suddenly found someone hiding under the bed and wanted to force her out. Xue Wan’er called to Xue Lingyi, and Xue Lingyi found out that Xue Wan’er was pregnant. Thinking of her husband’s idea of having a child through a pregnant woman, she felt that this was an opportunity given to her by God. She pretended to feel sorry for Xue Waner, and Xue Waner was very moved.
When she heard her sister said that she wanted to go to the capital by herself, she agreed without even thinking about it. Xue Wan’er didn’t know that Xue Lingyi had her own wishful thinking. Suddenly a man hugged her. Rong Xiu had a small idea in her heart after knowing Xue Wan’er’s identity. Xue Waner felt that Xue Lingyi was her best relative. Xue Waner drank that glass of spiked wine and was harmed by Rong Xiu. Zhao Yan felt that he might not be able to go back, so he tried his best to kill the enemy.
