The roles and duties of marine freight forwarders are as follows:
A. Ship Agent
A shipping agent is a person who is authorized by the ship owner to be the operator. on behalf of the boat owner at the port of departure and port of destination Shipping Line agents generally have the following duties:
- Procurement of freight for importers and exporters

B. Freight Forwarder
A Freight Forwarder is an international freight forwarder.
