Persimmon Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Persimmon
  • flour
  • red bean paste

Method:

  1. Blanch the persimmons with boiling water and peel them, and use a blender to make the persimmons into a paste.
  2. Sift the flour into the persimmon paste and mix evenly. Cover the reconciled bread with plastic wrap and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. Knead the dough into strips, cut into small doses, roll the small doses into rounds, and wrap the red bean paste in the same way as the buns.
  4. Pinch the wrapped small “buns” and flatten them.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
