Meditation is peace, comfort, and the ultimate feeling of happiness that humans can create on their own. It is something that Buddhism has set as a practice. For living in daily life happily, carelessly, full of consciousness and wisdom, which is impossible. Anyone can do it easily. as the practice that Phra Det Phra Det Phra Luang Pu of Wat Pak Nam Phasi Charoen Phramongkolthepmuni (Sod Candasaro) has mercy on teaching as follows:
How to Practice Meditation? — Introductory meditation
1. Pay respect to the Triple Gem It is a preliminary preparation to prepare your mind to be gentle. and then meditate on the five precepts or the eight precepts to emphasize the stability of one’s virtues
2. Kneel or squat comfortably. Recalling the good deeds done today, in the past, and intending to do so in the future, until it seems as though the whole body is made up of elements of pure virtue.

4. Think of the vision as a clear circle, the size of the black eye, pure and clear, without any flaws, white, clear, cool, cool, like the sparkle of the stars. This clear, round crystal is called the Parikamma Nimit.
