Ingredients:

• 1⁄2 cup espresso
• 2/3 cup fresh orange juice
• 1⁄2 cup of soda
• 2-3 orange zest
• Honey / sugar
• Ice

How to Make Coffee Orange Soda:

1. Put the zest into a hot espresso coffee. Season with honey or sugar and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Set aside until the coffee disappears.
2. Scoop ice into a glass. Then mix orange juice and soda, stir well, pour into it.
3. Remove the zest from the cold coffee and pour it down.

If you want the coffee to have a strong citrus aroma, soak the zest in the coffee for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
