Kale is a green, leafy, cruciferous vegetable that is rich in nutrients. It may offer a range of health benefits for the whole body.

The mustard greens are slightly bitter when you first enter the mouth. After chewing for a while, it will turn from bitter to sweet, and it will have a taste of bitter and sweet.
