What a concert in the Netherlands is like

The Netherlands has a large number of orchestras spread across the Netherlands. One of the most prestigious is the Amsterdam Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, which often performs abroad. The North Sea Jazz Festival is currently one of the largest jazz festivals in Europe, held every year on the second weekend of July in the Netherlands. Founded by jazz enthusiast Paul Acket in 1976, it is held at the Netherlands Congress Center The Hague. The first scale is 6 performance venues, a total of 30 hours of music performances, 300 performances and about 9,000 audiences.
Jazz musicians including Sarah Vaughan, Count Basie, Dizzy Gillespie, Stan Getz, and almost every avant-garde artist in the Netherlands. Now the scale has grown to 15 performance venues, 1,200 jazz musicians, and about 70,000 listeners every year. Moved from The Hague to Ahoy Rotterdam in 2006.
Since 2000, the sister festival – North Sea Cape Town Jazz Festival is held every March and April in Cape Town, South Africa.
