Kōtoku-in located in 4 Chome-2-28 Hase, Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. Kōtoku-in is a Buddhist temple of the Jōdo-shū sect in the city of Kamakura in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.

Luang Pho or Dai Betsu, a large bronze Buddha enshrined outdoors. It was built in the temple, but later in 1368, the temple was damaged by the storm. And later in the year. 1495 was swept away by a giant wave in the sea. But the Lord has not damaged anything until now for more than 800 years.

How to get there:

By Bus: Take bus number 6 from front of Kamakura Station (15 minutes) to temple front.
