Pork Fried Rice
Ingredients (for 1 serving):
- Steamed rice (refrigerate to cool) 1 cup
- Pork 1 cup
- 1 egg
- Kale
- 1/2 onion
- 1 sliced tomato
- 2 teaspoons seasoning powder
- 1/2 tbsp seasoning sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 spring onion, sliced
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Method:
- Take out the cooked rice, put 2 teaspoons of seasoning powder all over. Add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning sauce.
- Turn on the stove, heat the pan, add oil and roll the oil over the pan.
