Liverpool defeated Atalanta in the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals at home

In the first leg of the Europa League quarter-finals, Liverpool defeated Atalanta three times at home.

Atlanta opened the scoring in the 38th minute with Scamacca’s goal. After changing sides, the battle reached the 60th minute. Scamacca scored his second goal of the game. Pezari scored a supplementary shot at the end of the game. Atlanta won 3:0.

In the first leg of another quarter-final match, West Ham visited Bundesliga leader Leverkusen and lost two goals in a row late in the second half. In the remaining two games, Roma defeated AC Milan by a goal in the first round away from home, and Benfica defeated Marseille 2:1 at home.

In the UEFA Europa League, Aston Villa defeated Lille 2:1 at home in the first leg of the quarterfinals with goals from Kujkens and McGinn.
