The Sagano Scenic Railway or Sagano Sightseeing Railway is a wholly owned subsidiary of West Japan Railway Company that operates the Sagano Scenic Line, Sagano Sight-seeing Line, or Sagano Romantic Train in Kyoto. Wikipedia

The classic sightseeing train runs between Arashiyama Torokko Station from Arashiyama Torokko Station and Kameoka Torokko Station in about 30 minutes. You can get on or off at any station along the way. Most people prefer to sit until the end of the line. Then take a traditional Hozugawa River Boat Ride to see the view back to Togetsukyo Bridge.
