Myanmar Establish Diplomatic Relations

Myanmar, the full name of the Union of Myanmar. The name of the country comes from Sanskrit, which means “strong and brave”. located in the Indochina Peninsula of Asia. On January 3, 1974, it was renamed the Socialist Republic of the Union of Myanmar. The country name was restored on September 23, 1988. In 1756, Myanmar Sanyong Jiya marched into Bago, but the locals were unable to resist, so they hid the reclining Buddha underground. It was not discovered until the railway was built in 1881. After renovation, a temple was built to enshrine it. This is one of the important Buddhist sites in Lower Myanmar.

The Gayani ordination altar is located in a temple on the side of the road near Ruidaliang Reclining Buddha. It is large in scale and 2 kilometers away from the town. The Four Fingers Pagoda is located between the Gayani ordination altar and the reclining Buddha of Ridharan. It is an open-air Buddhist sculpture group temple with free admission. The way to get there is the same as above.
