Synopsis:

Shen Yu, the daughter of a corrupted official, marries into the Zhou manor. However, her “groom,” Zhou Yue, turns out to be a girl disguised as a guy. After revealing their secrets, they become sworn sisters and use their fake marriage to protect each other’s identities. At the same time, Qi Zhang and Gao Mo, who is implicated in Prince Rong’s case, also begin to investigate the case secretly. The four of them work together to find out the truth.

Shen Yu ( played by Wu Jiayi ) , an orphan of the Gu family, married into Zhou Mansion for a hundred taels of silver bills. Her husband Zhou Yue ( played by Fu Jing ) claimed that she was suffering from a chronic illness and used a “big rooster” to marry her instead of her. Inadvertently, Shen Yu discovered the secret of Zhou Yue’s life experience, and the two faced each other frankly, determined to move towards the common goal.
