Plot introduction to “The Sky of Fate”
A pastoral town far away from the city, Okuzome (おくこぞめ). Kasugano Yu brought his sister Qiong to this town. Located here is the home of my late grandfather, who I often visited during my childhood summer vacations and is full of memories. After his parents died in an accident and he became helpless, Yuu decided to move to his grandfather’s house, which was now unoccupied. While struggling with housework that she is not used to, and taking care of her younger sister Qiong who usually never leaves home and knows nothing, Yuu’s life has become extremely difficult.
Such Yuu is influenced by the neighbor’s sister Iga Nao who used to play with her, Ryohei Nakazato whom she got to know just after transferring to school, the shrine maiden and manager Amae Meei, and her friends Nagisa Kazuha and Nogizaka Hatsuka. Waiting for a warm welcome. The villages, towns, and people that have hardly changed from their childhood memories, the nostalgic memories, and the warm environment heal the scars in Yuu’s heart.
In this process, some changes slowly occurred. The secret agreement made in childhood that only belongs to two people and the whereabouts of important things that were lost. Also, the real reason why this place was chosen. When it is engraved in my heart as a memory, it has already begun quietly. Facing “her” who is scarred and stumbling along the way, how will Yu face it? This is how the story begins under the increasingly sunny early summer sky.
Story
Okukozome is located in the countryside far from the city. Yu Kasugano was heading to that town with her younger sister Yu. It was her grandfather’s house, where she visited and spent many summer vacations when she was a child, and it was a nostalgic place. After losing her parents in an unexpected accident and having no place to live, the two decide to move to her grandfather’s house, where no one else currently lives, and live there.
I feel like the townscape and people haven’t changed much since I was a child. Her nostalgic memories and the quiet environment soothed Yuu, but things gradually began to change.
The future had already begun when it was engraved in her heart as a memory. How will Yu face the person who has been hurt and has only been able to live a clumsy life?
The story begins under the early summer sky where the sun is shining brightly.
