Pork Curry with Rice Recipes
Ingredient:
- 1 cup steamed rice
- Pork Belly (Amount of your choice)
- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 2 red chili peppers
- 3 – 4 cloves of minced garlic
- basil
- torn kaffir lime leaves
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon seasoning powder
Method:
- Roughly pound the minced garlic and red chilies together.
- Heat a pan, add oil, add 2 tablespoons of red curry paste with red chili peppers and pounded garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
- put the pork in Stir fried mixed with curry paste. until the pork is cooked
- Season with 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp seasoning powder and stir all ingredients. to mix togethe
- Add kaffir lime leaves and basil. Stir and mix together again.
