Wat Chaeng of Chachoengsao is located in Bang Khla Market area on Rabiapkit Anuson Road, Amphoe Bang Khla. As its origin still remains unknown, it is believed to derive its name from the arrival of King Rama I at dawn, as His Majesty returned from the warfare with Cambodia. The ordination hall is Chino-Thai architecture with Giant sculptures also included in the temple area.
