Taro Cake

Ingredients:

  • Taro
  • glutinous rice flour
  • plain flour
  • sugar

Method:

  1. Steamed taro, peeled and ground into puree.
  2. Mix glutinous rice flour and Cheng flour (3:1), and use boiling water to mix the noodles (be careful not to be too thin, it is good to shape, because the taro paste has more water)
  3. Mix an appropriate amount of sugar and mix until evenly, pull a piece, knead it into a ball, throw it into the bread crumbs and roll it evenly.
  4. Put oil in a pan, put in the bread crumbs, and fry both sides until golden brown.
