Taro Cake
Ingredients:
- Taro
- glutinous rice flour
- plain flour
- sugar
Method:
- Steamed taro, peeled and ground into puree.
- Mix glutinous rice flour and Cheng flour (3:1), and use boiling water to mix the noodles (be careful not to be too thin, it is good to shape, because the taro paste has more water)
- Mix an appropriate amount of sugar and mix until evenly, pull a piece, knead it into a ball, throw it into the bread crumbs and roll it evenly.
- Put oil in a pan, put in the bread crumbs, and fry both sides until golden brown.
