Synopsis:
During the reign of Emperor Songzong, Bao Zheng ( Tan Junyan ) took up the post of Kaifeng Fu Yin, and the public servant Sun Ce ( Cao Yonglian ), the guardian Zhan Zhao ( Zhang Zhenlang ), and the four catches quickly to fight the hurricane.
