Traveling to the old capital city to maintain the traditional way of life. The culture is integrated with new technologies. In Kansai region have many city to visit such as Osaka, Hyogo, Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Theschedule plan that I use for this trip are as.
Osaka Day 1: Bangkok to Osaka
I used direct flight from Bangkok to Kansai by Thai Airways. This flight will take about 5 hours fly to Osaka. The best time that I fly was around midnight and will be in Osaka in the morning. This aircraft provide personalized entertainment on music, drama, movies and reality on every seat that you can choose by yourself. Also have a USB port to let you charge your phone or other gadgets.
Osaka Day 2: Osaka
My target for today are Kuromon Ichiba Market, Shinsaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori and Umeda.
Osaka Day 3: Himeji and Kobe
Today I use Kansai Thru Pass And visit Himeji castle, Miyuki street shopping district, Kobe port, and Kobe China town. Use pass from Umeda Station to Himeji station.
Osaka Day 4: Osaka Sightseeing
I use Osaka Amazing Pass with unlimited ride on Osaka’s trains, tramways, and buses. Also this pass can enter to popular attractions with free entry or pay less such as Osaka Castle, Umeda Sky building, Tombori River Cruise, Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel and more.
Osaka Day 5: Osaka Universal Studio Japan
Universal Studio one day ticket. You can play unlimited attract. At the theme parks that have many attract for play such as Harry Potters zone, Despicable Me Minion Mayhem ride, Jurassic Park zone, and The Amazing Adventures of Spiderman.
Osaka Day 6: Nara and Kyoto
Spend half day in Nara and half day in Kyoto. Main place to visit is Kōfuku-ji temple, Nara Park, Kiyomizu-dera temple and Gion-Shijo.
Osaka Day 7: Shopping at Rinku Premium Outlets
When you love shopping this place will be one of your choice that you will shop. This is outlet mall that most tourists want to stop be before get back to hometown. Rinku Premium Outlets is where you can find luxury brands with discount price. They also provide tax free for tourists,too. Rinku Outlet is open from 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM.
Osaka Day 8: Osaka to Bangkok
Departure from Kansai International Airport back to Bangkok.
Types of cards pass that I use for travel in Kansai Osaka.
- Osaka One Day Pass – One day pass to Osaka. There are 2 tickets available, priced at 800 yen on weekdays and 600 yen on weekends and holidays.
- Osaka Amazing Day Pass – There is no limit to the number of seats in the subway. Price is 2,300 yen. One day with 3,000 yen. Use the same price Both children and adults) can only buy for tourists. Recommend that if you want to travel. This card will be able to access more than 28 popular with free destinations and other discounts. Tickets can be purchased at Osaka Airport Information Center, Namba tour companies and ticket agents in Thailand. (This card is for 2 consecutive days only)
- Kansai Thru Pass is 3 day pass that can be use around Kansai area (Kyoto-Kobe-Nara-Higashi-Osaka) with unlimited ride tickets. They are available for adult price at 5,300 yen. The ticket can be use separate time. Example: Use pass day 1 then use again day 3. or Use pass day 1 the use again day 2.
