Osaka 4 Days 3 Nights Travel Program in Japan

Travel planning information for beginners who want to visit and travel around Japan by yourself. This plan start from south part of Japan in Kansai.

Osaka is one of the most popular tourist destinations when visiting Japan because it is a big city that have everything including attractions from ancient style to present. In this city also have Universal Studios Japan which is theme park that people want to have fun as well as many local dishes. Many people may be planning to visit this city. We will know that is short term trips in Osaka but you can be fun. This is things to do in Osaka follows as,

Osaka Day 1

In the Morning go to visit Osaka Castle. This is the landmark of the city and castle built in the traditional ancient architecture. This set up in the middle period of concrete forest that giving on emotion and feeling like entering to the Samurai era. Around the castle area is Nishinomaru Garden which is especially beautiful during the spring. From having more than 600 cherry trees on the season and it’s different during the summer time.  You can getting there from the train subways to Morinomiya Station or Osakajokoen Station then walk about 10-20 minutes to get there.

In the Afternoon visit Nifrel Interactive Aquazoo. The Aquazoo is aquarium that has many kinds of original animal because they use advanced interactive technology to add color and space so that can be more closely with animals than before. Nifrel – Interactive Aqua Zoo located in Osaka Expo City. There are 7 main zones divided into lights, sounds, and many more. In addition there are other animals such as crocodiles, white tigers, dwarf hippos, lemur and swordfish. On the other side, there is another Pokemon expo gym for Pokemon followers. This museum is located in the Expo City building. Travel to this place must be changed subway to Monorail at Senri-Chuo Station and then take of at Bampaku-kinen-koen station.

Osaka Day 2

In the Morning beginning with walking at Kuromon Ichiba Market which well known as Osaka Kitchen. Within this market you will see  many kind of foods especially foods from sea such as salmon. This market is fresh market that sells lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. You can choose from heavy meals and light meals like snack.

In the Afternoon go to see view at Umeda Sky Building that reaching 173 meters high with the 360 ​​degree view of Osaka. After that walk around Umeda and shopping place from luxury department store and supermarket.

Osaka Day 3

From morning to afternoon on second day will plan on theme parks at Universal Studios Osaka. There are many parts in Universal Studios divided into more then 10 zones that are recommended according to Universal Studios such as Harry Potter zone, Jurassic Park, Hollywood, Waterworld and Amity Village. The area is wide so when you walk in this place will take all day. If coming during high season then you will wait for queue until the end of each play. Be sure to buy Universal Express Pass card in order to keep short queue. This will reduce your time. Inside there are many restaurants to stop by for snacks or lunch. In the evening you can choose between waiting to watch the show in the evening at USJ or go for walk.

During late afternoon or evening that you can go shopping and get something to eat around Shinsaibashi area, Umeda area, or Namba area. There are 2 lines on subway at Midosuji Line or Nagahori Line to those Station.

Osaka Day 4

In the last day will visit Shitennoji Temple which is Japan’s oldest temple and have beautiful story on pagoda and around temple have tea shop. Another interesting part is Japanese garden that you can see many color change on garden and depend on the season. The access point that you can reached by subway on Tanimachi Line Subway at Shitennoji-mae Yuhigaoka Station.

This is some example that can be travel around Osaka but they have many plan and place to visit.
