Various municipalities will coordinate at the sub-regional level and region within 74 sub-units and 19 regions in Finland. Also Finland divided into 6 provinces and 90 localities of the state. The provincial officials are appointed by the central government. The division of the province is a matter of rule only. It does not reflect language and culture.
The province of Finland is Southern Finland, Eastern Finland, Western Finland, Oland, Lapland (Lupi), and Oulu.

- Wife Holding Festival (World Tournament Championship) – In the town of Sonkayavi is the place that used for the competition on holding wife. This is held every July of the year. This is a long tradition festival because when man steals woman from another village as a wife thus resulting in the origin of the competition today and the reward is not the weight of beer but reward is their wives.
- Garlic Festival – Garlic Festival in Gera that celebrate every third Thursday of August. The garlic festival will be held in Geera, Finland.
