
“Aoniyoshi”, a new luxury sightseeing train that connecting from Osaka, Nara, and Kyoto.
At the end of last April, 2022 Kintetsu Railway Company launched a new luxury train. Aoniyoshi connects three major cities from Osaka, Nara and Kyoto. This is a special train that brings the locomotives that used to serve Queen Elizabeth II of the British Royal Family including the Japanese royal family Completely renovated and refurbished.
This train consists of 4 carriages, carriages 1, 3, and 4 have seats facing out of the window. In order for passengers to fully enjoy the scenery along the way. The second kiosk has a bar counter selling food and beverages such as sweets using ingredients from Nara prefecture. and craft beer, etc. There are 4 group seats to sit and chat with friends or family. There is also a library area inside the train. It feels like reading a book in the hotel lobby.
You can stop by famous attractions near the train station such as:
- Dotonbori, a commercial and dining area marked with a prominent Glico sign, a 5-minute walk from Osaka-Namba Station.
- Nara Park, where a large number of deer live naturally is also home to the famous Todaiji Temple, about a 10-minute walk from Kintetsu-Nara Station.
