Crispy Pork Basil with Rice Recipes

Ingredient:
- 1 cup steamed rice
- Crispy pork cut into pieces as desired
- Thai garlic 10 cloves
- 4 red chili peppers
- 1 chili pepper, sliced obliquely
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons seasoning sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
Method:
- Prepare the mortar and pestle. Chop Thai garlic and red chili peppers, put them in and pound them.
- Heat a pan, add oil, add garlic and pepper and stir fry until fragrant.
- Add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of seasoning sauce, 1 tablespoon of black soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and another 2 tablespoons of water and stir to combine.
